Your valuable data on any device, at anytime
Receive notifications and valuable performance data on your smartphone, laptop, tablet or iPad at anytime. Real-time alerts and notifications are sent to your chosen devices in an easy-to-read chart format. Furthermore, the information is stored in a cloud-based dashboard and data can be viewed wherever you are, day or night. More importantly, this feature allows for greater information sharing among colleagues as well as the opportunity to remotely monitor machines and equipment.
How it works
Install our versatile and compact equipment sensors on your equipment and machines. Each sensor begins collecting a wealth of readings including temperature, pressure and humidity. Straightaway the data sends to our cloud-based dashboard, DiscoverRA. Instantly, engineers can view critical KPI’s in an easy-to-read format on any device.
Our equipment sensors also monitor your whole system. On your dashboard, you can view how your systems works together and the overall functionality of your plant. Equally, you can oversee the productivity of individual pieces of equipment and system components. If there is a failure in the production, you will be able to see this on your device without being there. Furthermore, the dashboard automatically issues alerts and notifications in real time. These are received by text, email and iOS or Android notifications.
Have the confidence of knowing exactly how your equipment is functioning in minutes - not hours or days. As a result, you can pinpoint problems straightaway and allow for the most efficient use of your engineers’ time and resources. With your equipment monitoring being done remotely, you'll keep your engineers working smarter by reducing travel time and labour costs.

Article: 'Relax with remote monitoring' explores how remote monitoring is the process of gathering data on your machines and understanding what is happening ‘within’ your machines when you are not physically on-site. Furthermore, your team of engineers can view the same analytics, allowing for information sharing and greater collaboration among colleagues. READ MORE
