Self-setup support
Our monitors are designed for ease of installation. Monitors clamp can be clamped to pipework by using simple brackets and support a variety of mounting options. To support you, we provide installation and set-up documentation, remote commissioning and support services.
Installation support services
We also offer flexible options to support the installation and commissioning of your project. We understand that steam systems can be complex with a wide variety of trap vendors and configurations on any given site. Sites featuring confined spaces, high level (working at height) and physical barriers to trap access present additional challenges. We offer a wide range of mounting options, support tooling and custom configurations for special requirements.
After-sale service
As part of our after-sale service, we provide ongoing support for your project including continuous improvements to the dashboard and hardware updates. Because we are committed to reviewing our products regularly, this means we pass our improvements on to you. Clients benefit from new features and improved functionality as part of our Annual Data Service.
